 Deborah took her dog out for a walk which immediately attracted the attention of Angel and her baby brother Alex. I have a link to another bunch of interviews with well known photographers. This time they are not all photojournalists. Jim Kunstler is a guy who gets a lot of things right even if he is a bit alarmist and pompous in his writing. His latest blog post sparked my interest because I have been hearing about several interesting projects in Saint John area aimed at helping us live within our means. I have to admit that I do like the concept of New Urbanism, but then again we already made a choice to live in a city centre, don’t own a car and shop locally as much as possible. Joe Godin, who seems to have a new idea every 10 minutes or so, joined forces with Bob Ewing, who I photographed recently for the coalfish.ca, to create a new resource web site called Relocalize Saint John. | |
