![]() We are in Alberta - the land of tar sands, pick up trucks, oil barons and everybody else not sharing in the riches. After some professional disappointments and much visiting with family and friends, we are heading back to Saint John on January 30. We have probably overestimated the adaptability of little Miss F. who I think needs to stop saying goodbyes and have some stability in her life again. And, to be honest, so do I. While things professionally did not go the way I hoped, there is a lot waiting for me in Saint John. Some of you may have noticed the photos at the Market Square Library. There is another exhibit coming up in Moncton and than there are weddings and stories and all that other stuff. For those of you who were worried, there is no need to be concerned. We are all okay and doing reasonably well for people who have lived out of a suitcase for the past five months. There will still be many photos from Croatia on the blog as well as some old and new stuff from Saint John. Hopefully, some radio pieces as well. That is all for now, and I will try to get things back on track. Croatian word of the day: promjene: changes [pro mye ne] | |
