 Another tearsheet from sometime ago. I just might be able to collect all of them that ran during our absence. This is David Ganong of Ganong chocolates. I photographed him for Saltscapes magazine at the St. Stephen chocolate factory. If you expect chocolate factory to look anything like the Willy Wonka’s building, you are in for a bit of a disappointment. Aside from a lovely smell, it’s just a factory that happens to make chocolate - except the hand dipped almonds, which are cool...and the jelly bean vats - they are cool as well...
