I love to cook. It’s a creative and fun thing to do and it’s a great relaxation technique. I cook mostly Mediterranean and Eastern European dishes, but once in a while I will try something different. I think my Hungarian goulash is pretty darn good and I can make a mean cherry strudel. So, I decided to combine my love for good food with my love for photography and started working on a photo essay about the chefs of Saint John for the provincial daily. The essay is almost done and as always all five visitors to this blog get to see a lot more than 120,000 readers of the newspaper, but hey that’s life.
