Have you ever wondered what is the most often used word in English? Well you can find out now. Pretty cool, eh?

Part of the reason why I decided to photograph chefs is that between my current reading and a story I am researching I really needed something uplifting. It was really fun to tour the local kitchens, but the best part of it came at the end. Dufferin Inn serves the best food in town. Period. This is also the place where I discovered my new favourite film combination: T-max 400 pushed to 800 and developed for seven minutes in T-max developer. Wow! I really don't like T-max films they are just too flat compared to Tri-X and PX. I use T-max 3200 because I like the grain it produces. But I have to admit I was blown away with the results of T-Max 400. I am going to do that again soon, just to make sure that it was not a fluke. Anyways, this is the chef at the Dufferin Inn.
