 There is something so civilized about sitting in the sun at your favorite coffee shop or pub and reading newspapers while sipping an espresso from a PORCELAIN cup. Even if you are lucky enough to get a decent cup of coffee in good old Saint John, that still leaves you with a problem of finding a decent paper to read. This is not only a Saint John problem and from what I hear it is even worse south of the border. Photojournalism? Ah well, you can always buy a book by a Magnum photographer here The picture was taken last March (2003) in The Hague along the Noordeinde Street. | |
