Yesterday, President Bush announced his support for affordable broadband access across the US (link to a CNN story). Well, great minds think alike. New Brunswick Premier Bernard Lord has just recently proposed to provide laptops to Grade 7 students across the province (link to a CBC story). This is really cute. All those happy Americans will be able to e-mail, chat and blog with Grade 7 students from New Brunswick. Now we just have to work out that little literacy problem...
